These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jiliclub platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of jiliclub, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active jiliclub account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.4 Any winnings generated by a Player who is subsequently found to be under 21 years of age shall be forfeited in full, and the account shall be permanently closed.
4.1 Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on jiliclub. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jiliclub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.4 You must notify jiliclub immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jiliclub support is available 24/7 to assist with account security concerns.
4.5 jiliclub reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Before processing any withdrawal, jiliclub is required by Philippine law and internal policy to verify your identity. You will be asked to submit:
KYC verification is a one-time process. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals will not require re-submission of documents unless jiliclub has reason to request updated verification.
5.1 jiliclub accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other local bank transfers as listed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your jiliclub account in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
5.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours.
5.5 jiliclub does not charge fees on standard withdrawals below ₱50,000. Withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction may be subject to a processing fee of up to 1%, which will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
5.6 All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.6. jiliclub reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory identity verification.
5.7 jiliclub does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
6.1 jiliclub offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of twenty (20) times the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
6.3 Bonus Funds may only be used on games designated as eligible for bonus wagering. Certain games, including but not limited to live dealer tables and specific jackpot slots, may be excluded from bonus wagering. Eligible games are listed in each promotion's terms.

11.2 jiliclub's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jiliclub does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit jiliclub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 jiliclub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
12.2 Upon termination for breach of these Terms, jiliclub may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.
12.3 Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting jiliclub support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
12.4 Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of account closure will be forfeited, regardless of whether the closure is voluntary or initiated by jiliclub.

14.2 Your continued use of the jiliclub platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.3.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent jiliclub from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent unauthorized use of the platform.
